-Droop (Facial Droop -Ask PT to show teeth or smile) - I - insulin check - Grip (Hand grip/ Pt Squeeze fingers for strength, push away pull towards, are they equal? Do the same with feet) -Speech (Pt to repeat “You can’t teach an old dog new tricks”)
