- Tune, a VOR/DME station into the RAD NAV page and note the DME distance on the ND
- enter the same station into the BRG/DIST TO field in the PROG page
- if the distance is within 3 miles nav accuracy is considered reliable for navigation
How is a hold in the current position entered into the FMS FPLN page?
- Select L1 (from waypoint)
- Select HOLD
