Brain injury

What is the usual trigger for transfusion in the criticlaly ill?
Haemoglobin concentration of <70
(This rule doe not apply in acute bleeding or symptomatic cardiovascular disease)
What fluid is used in coagulopathies?
FFP 4-6 units (about 1L)
What treatment is used to treat bleeding due to warfarin?
Prothrombin X

Thrombocytopaenia
