Wind Removing Pose dialogue (parts 1-4)
A
- Bend your right knee up
- Interlace your fingers and grab 1-2 inches below your knee.
- Inhale, pull your knee all the way down towards your right shoulder.
- Pull hard until you feel compression in your right hip joint.

A
- Make sure your left leg is straight with your calf muscles touching the floor.
- If your calf muscle isn’t touching the floor, flex your left foot.
- Tuck your chin towards your chest to lengthen the back of your neck.
- Bring your elbows close to your body, shoulders relaxed.

- Pull hard using bicep strength and freeze there.
- Create maximum pressure in your lower abdomen.
- Keep your eyes open and breathe normally.
- Don’t move, pull extra hard, go to your edge.
- CHANGE, bring your right leg down.
- Repeat LEFT leg.

- Bring both legs up grabbing each elbow over your legs, 1-2 inches below your knees.
- If you can’t grab your elbows, grab wherever possible.
- Feet together side by side, relaxed position.
- Chin down and in towards your chest.

Wind Removing Pose (parts 19-23)
A
- Squeeze your knees into your chest and lengthen your tailbone down towards the floor.
- You should feel a nice stretch in your lower back and compression in your abdominal organs.
- Shoulders relaxed, eyes open, breathe normally, freeze there.
- Eventually your entire spine will be flat on the floor.
- Change, bring your legs down and rest in savasana.
