A

The aircraft must continuous be in a position from which a descent to a landing can be made at a normal rate of descent using normal maneuvers.

Must have the prescribed visibility for the type of approach.

Must have ONE of the following
     The approach light system which allows you to     descend to 100' above TDZE 
     Red terminating bars
     Red side row bars
     Threshold
     Threshold markings
     Threshold lights

     VASI/PAPI's
     TDZ or  TDZL
