6 things

A
  • All flights in Class A
  • All flights in CAS, IMC or Night(including SVFR)
  • All flights in Class B-D CAS irrespective of weather conditions
  • When destinations more than 40km away and A/C exceeds MTOW of 5700kg
  • Crosses UK FIR Boundary
  • Any Flight in Class F

A
  • Flying over the sea, more than 10nm off the coast line
  • Over sparsely populated areas
  • where SAR is taking place. (Specify times of entering and leaving)
