A

Rudder ratio system has failed.

What does the Rudder Ratio system do?

A

Reduces rudder movement as speed is increased. Depressurizes the left actuator and prevents full deflection with the remaining two actuators. (begins about 160 kts with full ratio reduction about 230 kts)
