A

Origin- med epicondyle of humerus via common flexor tendon
Insertion- palmar surface base of middle phalanx of all fingers

Flexor Digitorum Profundus

-four tendons pass below flex ret and deep to superficialis

A

Origin- med side of coronoid process and upper 3/4 of ulna, IOM, post border of ulna via aponeurosis
Insertion- palmar surface base distal phalanx of all fingers

Innervation- index/middle= ant IO branch Median C7-8,T1
- little/ring= Ulnar C8,T1

Flexor Pollicis Brevis

A

Origin- flexor retinaculum, trapezium (deep=capitate,trapezoid)
Insertion- radial side base phalanx of thumb

Innervation- Median T1, deep part=Ulnar T1

Insertion- palmar surface base of distal phalanx of thumb
