Delegation Issues
- If you don’t delegate there WILL be issues/Problems
- Delegation does NOT negate the supervisor’s responsabilites

- Know the capacity/skills of subordiates
Why delegate?
- Develop Staff to take over when you are not there
- So you don’t fear if they do it better
What is the Exception Principal?
Head of unit should find it NOT necessary to act on each matter, rather only the Exceptional ones.
What is Completed Staff Work?
If all is right, all the supervisor has to do is APPROVE.
