A
Use a a sit and reach box. 1. perform a short warm up. 2. sit with your heals flat against the box 3. then reach out and touch the box the furthest as you can.

A
Arms fully extended, time one minute then begin press ups, full press up is where your elbows are 90 degrees..

A
Perform warm up, lie with knees bent and flat feet then fold your arm. Time one minute. A full sit up is 90 degrees.

- Line on start line 2. Get 3 assistants to tie from start to go (take average time) when whistle goes run from start to finish.

- Lie by start cone with elbows bent and hands by chest. 2.On go jump up and run round course as quickly as possible. 3. Assistant should time from start to finish
