What is aim of fitness testing?
Fitness training is a way to monitor an athletes or students attributes in sport.
Why would sports teams carry out fitness tests?
So they can pick out athletes judging on what they are good at.
What is the test used to test for agility?

What would a volley ball coach be looking for in a fitness test?
Accuracy, coordination, speed, and muscular endurance.
Someone who strived in speed, agility, power, coordination and balance?

to identify strengths and/or weaknesses in a performance/the success of a training programme.

What are 3 disadvantages of fitness testing?
tests are often not sport specific/too general.
they do not replicate movements of activity.
they do not replicate competitive conditions required in sports.
many do not use direct measuring/sub-maximal – therefore inaccurate/some need motivation/some have questionable reliability.
What would a swimming coach be looking for in a fitness test?
CVE, Flexibility and Muscular strength

Long distance running, holding midfielder in football or boxer.
