What type of sportsman would need maximum strength and why?
(any sport applicable as long as it is backed up) Greater muscular strength allows an individual to potentiate earlier and to a greater extent, but also decreases the risk of injury
What type of sportsman would need explosive strength and why?
(any sport applicable as long as it is backed up) So they can have a short burst of speed to reach a loose ball.
