What is cardiovascular endurance?
Your bodies ability to deliver oxygen to working muscles
What is muscular endurance?
The ability to exert force repeatedly for an extended period of time
What is muscular strength?
Your muscles ability to exert a maximum amount of force in one effort. (1 Rep Max)
What is flexibility?
Your muscles and joints ability to move through their full range of motion
What is body composition?
Ratio of lean muscle and fat
What is speed?
The ability to perform actions or cover ground quickly
What is power?
The ability to combine both speed and force in movements
What is agility?
The ability to change direction without losing speed or power
What is balance?
The ability to stabilize the body
What is coordination?
Ability to use your senses in combination with your actions
What is reaction time?
Ability to react quickly to what you see, hear or feel
