W1 Speed in between wickets
Coaching points:
- Although good intent could improve speed
Content:
- Could apply Fartlek training to improve
- Change the intensity of running
W2 Slow and stiff
Coaching points
- Want to remain mobile in the field
Content:
- Due to EPOC, if multi day game, Slow Alactacid stage
- Excess post exercise oxygen consumption
- Prevent through warm up or cool down so blood circ high
W3 power
Coaching points:
- Wish to play explosive powerful shot to increase run scoring
- Lack of power in the batsmen’s strokes
