From the clerk, get the folder of the offender. Red is sex offenders and brown is everyone else. They should fill out paperwork in clipboard before I get there

Look through them and look for special conditions and their class material at end to see what they’re convicted of. Class material is at the end

LOG into PBIS, put SBI # under offender bar, and if no image comes up, I’ll take the image.

Look into the courts lookup to see more details of criminal history(if needed). Call parolee in once I’m on PBIS and shit

Impose any special conditions based on their criminal history, that u think should be imposed but haven’t been. Especially for sex offenses and DV.

Go on interview room 2, and look at program resources and if they have an outpatient drug condition ask them where is convenient for them and call on the spot and set that up

After that aspect of paperwork is done, take them to get drug tested. Half a cup is all I need. Do icup only

Then I take them to get a pic. It’s on the spot so I hit capture and it opens field. Put prisoner # then import

Click image options on right and tell em to look at camera. Hit the second face one for general face image and the 3rd one when they turn to right and 4th one when they turn left. Hit ok after each one and tell them to turn to #2 and then #3.

Hit plus button to add each new tat. Hit ok and then yes after each new pic

Save/close and it goes into PBIS automatically

Parolee gets a copy of conditions

First visit cronos always goes in as address and accompanying other officers. For addres fill out info.

Doesn’t mean they are SOL, if they tell me that the address owner changed their mind. First type in address on google, and then do Pre parole over phone basically. If I’m good with it, ask sergeant
