Is a lean tool that represents a process adn includes the interaction withthe supplier, inputs, process flow, outputs and the relation with the client.

FMEA, what is it
A tool to analyze risk of failure, wastes, defects, or customer complains for any kind of organization.
Levels of severity for the FMEA for ocurrence and severity
Minor, low, medium, high, very high
Levels of FMEA for detection
Same as the other levels but opposite, 10 is the lowest

Corrective actions
These are the actions that are taken once the FMEA is completed, we do this in order to prevent any upcoming error.
