- Muddle kiwi and Cucumber in pint glass
- Add Ice
- Add all other ingredients
- Shake and pour into chilled martini glass

- 1.5 oz. Sugar Island Coconut Rum
- 0.75 oz. Lime Juice
- 1 oz. Pineapple Juice
- Top Off with Soda Water

- Muddle mint, lime, and rum
- Add Ice
- Add pineapple
- Top with soda water
- Stir to combine or mix in shaker (not shaken)

Ingredients
- 1.5 oz. Absolute Pear Vodka
- 1 oz. Pear Rhubarb Syrup
- 0.5 oz. St. Germaine
