Dehydration

This occurs when a person’s body temperature drops to a point where blood circulation throughout the body, especially to
the skin is compromised.
Hypothermia
It is the state of being physically and mentally pushed beyond one’s limits.
Overexertion
Two kinds of overexertion injuries
Strains and sprains
This is a key overexertion sign when exercising or performing a workout.
Difficulty speaking
You can develop an overexertion injury by performing a repetitive task overtime.
Overuse injuries
During the task or exercise workout, you may have a form of pain such as a pinch, tightness, or a throbbing or burning sensation.
Pain
A dry mouth, fatigue, and dizziness are all signs of this.
Dehydration
Overexertion may lead to tiredness.
