Q

Mechanism of total and direct bilirubin

A

(Sulfanilic acid+HCl) + (sodium nitrite)= (nitrous acid)
(Nitrous acid) reacts to form (diazotized sulfanilic acid) + (bilirubin) = (azobilirubin)
