Anti-Smith Antibodies: specific for SLE
- pre-mRNA splicing snRNP’s sit on pre-mRNA
- Lariat loop generated
- Lariat released to remove intron & join entrons
Cut in carpal tunnel surgery:
Transverse carpal ligament
- releases tension on medial nerve
