Location note: this point is located one intervertebral space below he line connecting the highest points of the two iliac crests (level with lower border of L3)

Indications: contraction of the sinews; disorders of menstruation

Action: Clears Heat; Tonifies the Kidneys

Actions: clears deficiency heat
Indications: itching of the genitals

Actions: nourishes kidney and clears deficiency heat
Indications: dry throat; night sweats; red and pain of the eyes
Can be coupled with PC6 to open the chest to circulate qi in chest

Location: medial aspect of lower leg; 2 cun above KD 3 on anterior border of achilles
Actions: Treats KD yang deficiency; drains dampness of the genitals
Indications: edema, spontaneous sweating; painful urinary dysfunction

Actions: regulates the REN & Chong vessels and adjusts menstruation
Indications: uterine bleeding; irregular menstruation

Actions: clears heat and calms the spirit

Actions: clears the nutritive level and cools the blood
Indications: palpitations, manic raving, rashes/breakouts

Location: on dorsum of foot in the hollow distal to the junction of the first and second metatarsals
Actions: spreads liver qi; nourishes liver blood
Indications: headache, numbness of the head, cracked lips, blurred vision

Actions: treats plumstone qi, spreads liver qi
Indications: plumstone qi, itching, swelling and pain of the genitals

Indications: distention and pain of the breast, masses in the lateral costal region
