risk - alcohol

glossitis, parasthesia
food - organ meats, citrus fruits, green vegs, dairy, protein, fish, eggs, nuts, dired beans
risk - gut issues “chrohns, diverticulitis, diahhrea”
Folic acid
tx - “fall colored foods” squash, aprictos, tomatoes, zucchini
risk = pregnant women, alchol, malabsortion, immunocompromised
Blood transfusion
18-20g
run 4 hrs max

D10 - high glucose, checks q6 hrs
