air operator certification and administration
A certificate authorizing an operator to carry out specified commercial air transport operations.
air operator certificate
A document attached to an aircraft for recording defects and malfunctions discovered during operation and for recording details of
all maintenance carried out whilst the aircraft is operating between scheduled visits to the base maintenance facility.
aircraft technical log
A document which describes the specific scheduled maintenance tasks and their frequency of completion and related procedures,
such as a reliability program, necessary for the safe operation of those aircraft to which it applies.

Philippines under the provisions of the Civil Aviation Law
The Authority may deny application for an AOC if the Authority finds that:
