when does anxiety become clinical
when it is persistent, irrational, and overwhelming enough to disrupt normal behavior
what are some anxiety disorders and how long do they typically last
panic disorders
phobias
generalized anxiety disorder

how does aerobic activity effect anxiety
anxiety reduction
reduction in state anxiety after acute exercise
