  1. An extensive knowledge of the Scriptures (to be able to give Scriptural counseling) know them and how they apply to situations
  2. Divine Wisdom (being led by the Spirit)

satan brings affliction pressure through circumstances and then God uses it to develop patience/hope; satan’s plan is to get you offended and to separate you from God…Romans 8:35
not that God brings these things….when satan brings them God turns them for our good always!!!

A

Thorns heard the Word…but cares of the world; deceitfulness of riches; lust of other things.. (care for others things) choke the Word and areas of their lives become unfruitful..not trying to get them offended but busy….get them off their assignment; trying to make you unproductive….(get their focus shifted to the Kingdom and away from things of the World)
