How does bottle aging work
Bottles are laid down at angle of 180 degrees, this causes the wine to touch the cork and causing it to get wet
The wet cork will most probably expand the cork and stop any oxidation through the cork.
What are the four steps of finla analysis
1 look: visual presentation, does the wine look good, bottle and label appealing to the eye
2. Taste: good flavours acidity ect
3. Smell: identifying aromas
4. Conclusion: overall good? Balanced , unique?
