Based on sensory processing model by Dunn
Checklist on how person perceives stimuli and how they handle a variety of stimuli-
Scored in 4 quadrants- low registration, sensory sensitivity, sensory seeking or sensory avoiding
Clock Drawing Executive Test (CLOX)
Not based on specific frame of reference
Assesses cognitive impairment
Asked to draw a clock with a specific time displayed
Scored based on if numbers correct, time shown correctly, how the hands are drawn and organization
Assessment of Motor and Process Skills (AMPS)-
Not related to specific frame of reference
Must have special certification to do this assessment
Observation of various living skills
Looks at the specific task performance and safety concerns
Kohlman Evaluation of Living Skills (KELS)-
Not related to any specific frame of reference
Pt performs or reports on a variety of task based activities related to self-care, safety and health, money management, transportation and telephone, and work and leisure
Routine Task Inventory (RTI)-
Based on Cognitive Disabilities Theory by Claudia Allen
Can be done in 1 of 3 ways, client report, caretaker observation or observation of the client performing these skills
