Tenacious: I created and implemented a new onboarding session 1 week before a new cohort started. Used a microsoft planner where i could track each task and colour code, prioritise urgency for it, I like to get things done
Adaptable: teaching to sales in IP intelligence. curious person, ask lots of questions and I completed a online IP course.

My concern is that you dont have Fintech experience, how will you adapt?
Situation: I understand that concern, However, I transitioned from teaching to sales and I knew nothing about sales and Intellectual property software. Action: What helped me adapt was my curiosity to learn, ask questions, I completed a free online IP course which helped me get up to speed. Result: I became much more confident when talking about IP intelligence.
Tell me about yourself
3 years as a manager in a tech company, building, scaling and managing SDR team from 1-14+ SDRs, increasing revenue by 5x and pipe gen by 6x, I contributed 40% of all revenue for Sales team.

Mistake
Too much independance to new starters: Initially, SDRs had open prospecting (sequences, products, ICPs). Results varied.
Focused territory: Built enablement resources, used the best sequences based on data, assigned new SDRs a specific ICP for 6 months.
Outcome: Improved success and smoother onboarding.
What are you strengths?
Galvanising - Motivation - I wanted to start 2022 with a big vision, huddled my team told them that i beleived we had the right talent to go onto tbe the best team, agreed on team values and behaviours expectations, team came in at 6am to do australian hours, when managers asked them why are you doing this, they said we dont want to let Mo down.
