Light appearance, much white:
Underexposed

When sensor is not placed perpendicular to occlusal plane:
Occlusal tipping
Too little vertical angulation, teeth look long
Elongation
Too much vertical angulation and you see a lot of the palette
Foreshortening
Thin black radiolucent lines on image that appear as film creases, normally caused by careless handling:
Bent film
Film is reversed causing ‘tire tracks’ or ‘scales’
Herringbone
Caused from insufficient cleaning, black lines on film
Dirty Rollers
Patient/PID moved resulting in:
Blurred Image
No image at all:
No exposure
