1. A new field was created to make a new relationship between the EXPENSES TABLE OCCURRENCE and the LINE ITEMS TABLE OCCURRENCE. What is in this field?

- You’ll create a NEW TABLE OCCURRENCE for the LINE ITEMS table because:
you want to ACCESS LINE ITEM DETAILS while you are on the EXPENSES layout.

b. Select the LINE ITEMS table from the list, and name it Expenses__LINE ITEMS

- Why do you name the new TABLE OCCURRENCE: Expenses__LINE ITEMS?
you want a descriptive name so you can pick it out of a lineup later.
- The SPECIFY TABLE dialog box asks you to name the NEW TABLE OCCURRENCE. When you name a new TABLE OCCURRENCE, the GOAL is to:
help you remember the SOURCE TABLE for the new TABLE OCCURRENCE.
- Why was the new TABLE OCCURRENCE named Expense__LINE ITEMS?
a. The “EXPENSES” part of the name tells you why you made the new TO- to help tie in INVOICE LINE ITEMS to the PROPER EXPENSE RECORDS
