Personification

This is when you exaggerate something.
Sarcasm
To mock or confuse someone/something.For example when it is hot:Did you guys know that it’s 40 degrees,oh really I thought it was -20 degrees.You also use a way more dramatic voice.
Pun
A joke which can use words that sound the same but have different meanings.Grammar lovers have a lot of comma sense.
Situational Irony
When the opposite of something happens.The cat doesn’t eat the fish.
Verbal Irony
When someone intentionally says something of the opposite.When your mom wears a short dress when it is cold outside & she says it is hot.
Dramatic Irony
This is when one person knows something but the audience/people don’t.Like in Gilmore Girls the audience know Rory kissed the other but no one else knows.
Alliteration
When the same letter starts a sentence.Sally Sat Sanely.Notice how the letter S starts each word
