Kindness feels so nice! This is the ultimate goal and the real success in life: becoming a kind and compassionate human being :D
AngerRelease feels good only for a few seconds. Word hurts and can do damage on people! Are you willing to live with the consequences of hurting people? Is this the kind of person you are?
The REMORSE after saying mean stuff feels so HORRIBLE! Anger is not worth it!!!! Anger is a seducing feeling that your brain uses as a decoy or as a pretext to protect you from facing the harsh reality that maybe it is your fault!!!!
