Description
Noble sporting spaniel, conveys impression of high breeding, character and nobility
Purpose
Flushing and retrieving birds, rough shooter
Proportions
Not as massive as the Clumber, but much more substantial and longer bodied than the Cocker. Longer on leg than the Sussex, but shorter legged and less cobby than the Springer.
Head
Grave and gentle expression, lean beneath the eyes, roman nose, chiseled, long and lean muzzle, moderate stop, curved flews

Black, blue roan, liver, liver roan. Tan in all
