Part 1 offenses:
- Homicide (murder, voluntary manslaughter, and involuntary manslaughter)
- Criminal Sexual Assault (agg CSA)
- Robbery
- Aggravated Battery (Includes agg assault)
- Burglary
- Theft
- Motor Vehicle Theft
- Arson
