Supervisory Level (Work Location Level)
Two-digit code that defines Pay Plan the position is covered under. Defaults based on Job Code. * GS, WG, WL, WS, VN, VM, etc.
Pay Plan
Determines if employee is eligible for overtime pay. If incorrect, Job Code must be changed.
FLSA
Indicates salary chart associated with position. If GS, will be 0000 or will be a unique 4-digit code if on a special salary rate
Salary Admin Plan
Based on the Type of Appointment, competitive or excepted
Position Occupied
Maximum Grade of FPL (Full Performance Level) of position
Target Grade
Functional Statement Number

Used for FWS positions that have been classified as “supervisory” or “lead” bur the Official Position Title does NOT include the suffix
Title Code Suffix
Use for GS positions that have been classified as “supervisory” or “lead” but the Official Position title does not include the prefix
Title Code Prefix
Indicates sensitivity designation required with corresponding level of background investigation. Usually enter (Non-Sensitive/Low Risk)
Sensitivity Code (Investigative Type)
Indicates if position is covered under the Federal Cybersecurity Workforce Assessment Act of 2015. Enter ‘000’
Cyber Security Code
Code TA should be used in this field
Sub-Agency
Where the position falls: Field, SBU, remote
Position Location
Groups similar positions in qualifications, duties, and responsibilities. Refer to Competitive Level Handbook to determine. Link below

Identifies which bargaining unit a position is represented by
Bargaining Unit
Indicates grade associated with position. Needs to be updated based on the employee grade.
