  1. CHRONIC PAIN (3m) - widespread, ‘all over’, bilateral,above and below waist + axial skeleton
  2. FATIGUE
  3. EXERCISE ↑ PAIN + FATIGUE
  4. Morning stiffness, paraesthesia, headaches, poor conc, low mood, poor sleep
  5. Widespread severe tender points
