Fibromyalgia is a syndrome characterised by widespread pain throughout the body with tender points at specific anatomical sites

chronic pain: at multiple site, sometimes ‘pain all over’
lethargy
cognitive impairment: ‘fibro fog’
sleep disturbance, headaches, dizziness are common
