What is it histologically?
A
A skin colour pedunculated papilloma

Who does it affect? (2)
A
Usually middle aged and elderly, often in intertriginous areas e.g axillae, inframammory, and groin

What is the risk?
A
Often asymptomatic but may become tender following trauma or torsion

When might they grow?
A
They tend to become larger over time but especially during pregnancy

What is the treatment?
A
Snipping with scissors or electrodissection
