Is a scaffold falling considered a structural collapse?
YES - Structural collapse is defined as any incident where a building of portion of, including walls, floors, ceilings, partitions or structures such as bridges, scaffolds, signs, construction sites or others items have collapsed or are in danger of collapsing.
