Private Dwelling: IC (Chief or Company Officer) should consider ordering an exterior hoseline operated into a CELLAR WINDOW to allow for quick knockdown when there will be DELAY in applying water from the interior or whenever conditions dictate: examples are:

S- secondar cellar entrance (unable to locate)
A- advancing down interior stairs CANNOT be accomplished
A-Advance cellar fire
L-lightweight construction
L-locating ANY cellar entrance cannot be done
