5.4 Post Accident:
Following a vehicle accident involving a government vehicle or equipment that meets any of the conditions listed below, a covered employee who has been involved, either as a driver or in another direct fashion (such as controlling traffic in an interSection), shall be referred for drug and alcohol testing when any of the following occur: 4 answers
1 The accident results in loss of human life;
2 One (1) or more motor vehicles (either District government or private) incur(s) disabling damage, requiring the motor vehicle to be transported away from the scene by a tow truck or other motor vehicle;
3 Anyone receives bodily injury which requires immediate medical attention away from the sceneiv.
4 The employee receives or is likely to receive a citation under District of Columbia law or lhe law of another jurisdiction for a moving violation arising from the incident;
