1) suitable for light to medium work, easily digestible 2) sugar beet, socked for 24 hours has a lot of fiber, helps with weight gain 3) should be boiled! has a lot of nutrients in bulk, to put on weight. 4) chaff is so they have to chew, to stop them eating too fast.
