Includes Silencer & bombs
Does not include antique firearms (Pre 1899) or BB/Pellet gun

Convicted Felons Fugitive from Justice Drug Users & Addicts Mentally Defective Illegal Aliens Dishonorably Discharged Renounced Citizenship Domestic relations restraining order Domestic violence misdemeanor
What information is required to trace a firearm?
Make (manufacturer): Example, Colt
Model:
Serial Number:
Caliber/Gauge
What information is gained from trace?
The manufacturer
The exporter/importer if the weapon is foreign-made
The wholesale distributor
The retail gun dealer
The first lawful retail purchaser from dealer
What is the required overall length and barrel length for a shotgun?
Barrel needs to be 18 inch or more
Overall length needs to be 26 inch or more
What is the required overall length and barrel length for a Rifle?
Barrel needs to be 16 inch or more
Overall length needs to be 26 inch or more
What Destructive Device must be registered?
Destructive devices must be registered firearm with a barrel or barrels more than ½ inch in diameter (except conventional shotguns)
Explosives, incendiary, or poison gas, bomb, grenade, rocket more then 4 oz, missile more then .25, mine or similar device.
Who can carry a firearm in a Federal Facility?
Prohibited for any person to possess a firearm/dangerous weapon, unless a Sworn LEO/Member of the armed forces in performance of duty
