What is fatigue
A
fatigue is the inability to sustain a required exercise intensity.

what causes muscular fatigue
A
fuel depletion PC stores in maximal efforts, glycogen in sub max
accumulation of metabolic by products (slows down muscle contractions)
increase in body temperature = dehydration
also dilation of blood vessels resulting in decrease of blood pressure.
