Up to $750K – Contracting Officer

Over $750K to $15M – Competition Advocate

Over $15M to $75M – HCA

Over $75M – SPE

DoD:

Up to $750K – Contracting Officer

Over $750K to $15M - Competition Advocate

Over $15M to $100M – HCA

Over $100M – SPE
