NASA ASRS
Aviation Safety Reporting System allows self-reporting of violations, errors, or incidents to a third party (NASA) which will exempt the reporter (pilot) from consequences (excluding criminal prosecution) in the interest of improving aviation safety.

- With Passengers
- For Hire
- Internationally
- With less than 3 mi day or 5 mi night surface visibility
- Without visual contact with the ground
- Contrary to instructor limitations
