How long do you have to serve a PSO
A
48 hours

What to do when someone breach’s PSO?
A
They are taken into ‘custody’ (not technically arrested)
You have 24 hours to get them before a judge. If you can’t, hold them for 24 hours and THEN issue them with a court summons.
If breached you have 1 month to find them.
