-DOES NOT HAVE RADULA
-shells have two halves hinged together
-tend to be sedentary
Ex: Scallops, clams, and cockle

-slow moving
-usually have shells (except snails)
-Shell pattern is spiral, cap shaped, or conical
Ex: Snails, slugs, periwinkles, abalone, conches, limpets, and nudibranch
