complications: mechanical injury, cerebral bleed

obs + postural bp GCS + pupil reactivity neuro exam injuries, skin bruising, bleeding bone fracture (skull, flex/rotate hip)

BOXES Bloods - glucose, FBC, WCC, CRP ECG CT head if head hit: and - on anticoag - 2 or more vomits - focal neurology - suspected skull fracture - GCS decreased by <1 or more - post traumatic seizure
