Our original style fajitas
Marinated mesquite grilled beef, chicken, or combination fajitas served over a generous portion of seasoned and sautéed onions and peppers on a sizzling platter. Chicken fajitas are topped with Mexican butter. Served skin on. Portion size for one or for 2. A serving of Mexican rice, frijoles a la charra, and a fajita set up.
Fillet mignon fajitas
Mesquite grilled beef tenderloin fillet dusted with our homemade steak spice served over Monterrey vegetables with a side of tequila sunrise sauce. A serving of Mexican rice, frijoles a la charra and a fajita set up.
Shrimp Al Pastor fajitas
Shrimp marinated in traditional achiote marinade, panseared and tossed with fresh pineapple. Shrimp are served on a bed of julienne vegetables with a mango habanero sauce. Bidb lettuce corn tortillas. A serving of fresh mango slaw, a side of mango habanero sauce, and a lime wedge.
Grilled red snapper fajitas
Mesquite grilled red snapper fillet, dusted with our own lemon pepper seasoning blend and topped off with chipotle cream. Bibb lettuce corn tortillas. A serving of fresh mango slaw garnished with a lime wedge.
Spicy seared ahi tuna fajitas
Ahi tuna steak, dusted with spicy Cayanne pepper seasoning blended and panseared rare. Served on a bed of julienne vegetables with soy ginger sauce. Bibb lettuce corn tortillas. A serving of fresh mango slaw garnished with a lime wedge.
